It's easy to use with a simple four-control setup to maximize variability and control without going overboard: Manual, Width, Speed, and Regen. The auto-sweep is easily turned off or ramped up with the Width knob too.
Manual controls the degree of pitch shifting. Width works in conjunction with the Speed control to set the time delay. Speed controls the speed of the time delay. And Regen adjusts the overall intensity of the effect. An awesome, multi-faceted pedal, the MXR Flanger Pedal provides everything from iconic flanger to full-on space exploration of the outer limits. Requires two 9V batteries or an 18V power supply.
